The wife of late political Icon in Southwest of Oyo state Chief. Mrs Abosede Modinat Adedibu has described her late husband High. Chief Lamidi Ariyibi Akanji Adedibu as a man whose legacy still speaks volume after 10 years of his demise.

She made this known to CEOAfrica at the 10 years remembrance ceremony of the late political Icon which took place at his Molete residence in Ibadan on June 12.

The wife of the late Oyo state political pillar said ‘‘although, it’s been ten years since he was committed to mother earth, yet, his legacy still lingers. Talk about his act of generosity, religious beliefs and his sermons on unity. Well, we thank God for sustaining the family.’’

 While fielding questions about someone who is ready to fill the vacuum left behind, she said ‘‘there is no one like God and only the Almighty God that can give us someone like my late husband. We only pray that God will give us someone like him especially in Oyo state. If Philanthropist in the society can emulate the good deeds of late Adedibu, then Nigeria will be a better country.’’
