Governor Nasir El-Rufai, says ''Whether or not I win a re-election, I’m satisfied that my successor will inherit a better organisational structure''

The Kaduna State governor, Nasir El=Rufai has said that whether or not  he wins a re-election, he is satisfied that his successor will inherit a better organizational structure.

The governor made this statement at the state's 2018 cabinet Budget retreat which held yesterday January 20th.
