Yobe Employs 10,000 Graduates in 2013

NIGERIA (Yobe) – Governor Ibrahim Gaidam of Yobe State, has disclosed that his administration employed not less than 10, 000 university graduates and diploma holders in 2013 Special Poverty Alleviation programme.

The governor disclosed this at the launch of 200 tricycles purchased by Goni Bukar, representing Bursari/ Giedam/ Yunusari Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.

He said over 3, 600 university graduates and 6, 572 diploma holders were engaged by the government under the programme, describing Hon. Bukar as a `worthy ambassador’ of his people and development partner of the government.

In his own reaction, Hon. Bukar urged the beneficiaries of the tricycle not to sell them since their journey to prosperity may start from there.
