Former Governor of Ekiti state and the governorship Aspirant of PDP in the 2014 election Ayo Fayose went to the PDP National Secretariat, Abuja to see the Chairman & the National Working Committee (NWC) members over his indefinite suspension from the party.

CEOAfrica gathered that after meeting with George Korma, the Principal Private Secretary to the PDP National Chairman, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, former governor of Ekiti State, Dr Ayodele Fayose addressed the press at d Wadatta House Press Centre.

It was not clear why he (Fayose) was unable to see the PDP National Chairman.

Fayose, who was speaking on top of his voice boasted that without him, PDP is dead in Ekiti and that he was still in the governorship race.

He submitted a petition in which he accused the State Chairman, Makanjuola Ogundipe of embezzlement, and that he (Ogundipe) demanded a 2013 model of a Jeep (SUV) from him.

Fayose also said that the State Exco was being sponsored against him by the Minister of Police Affairs, Navy Capt Caleb Olubolade (rtd).

Meanwhile, a text message, believed to have emanated from Fayose is now being circulated.  The msg read; "Who send that boy to go and suspend people in Ekiti, dont mind him, he is an Hungary man. My Governor (Fayose) Isha-allah, this is ramadan period, I will do Justice, Free, Fair and Transparent primary in Ekiti.... Alhaji Babanga Tukur said today".
