Africa’s biggest supporter of football and major sponsor of Nigerian national teams, Globacom has enjoined the Golden Eaglets to ensure that they emerge victorious in their clash with Iran tomorrow.

The Golden Eaglets victory tomorrow expectedly would ensure them qualification for the quarter finals in the ongoing FIFA U-17 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates.

According to the report, a statement by Globacom in Lagos on Sunday assured that the Golden Eaglets have an awesome scoring record going into the encounter with Iran and they should therefore re-enact their winning streak in the game so as to proceed to the last eight.

The telecoms firm also states that the support enjoyed by the Eaglets in the UAE, as well as the motivation from the Nigeria Football Federation, will stand the players and the technical crew in good stead as they march forward in the tournament.

Meanwhile, Globacom has congratulated the Falconets for defeating their Sierra Leonean counterparts 10-0 in the first leg final round of the Canada 2014 FIFA U-20 Women World Cup qualifier in Abuja on Saturday.
