French goalkeeper Nicolas Tie, who is just 13 years, has concurred to the deal with Premier League side, Chelsea.

The young stopper already stands at an impressive 6ft 1in and has also caught the eyes of Arsenal and Manchester City. But the Blues have quickly moved in to seal a deal for him.

However, Tie cannot sign terms for Chelsea until he is 16 years in 2017, but he will be allowed to visit their Cobham training complex in Surrey every holiday.

Tie, who was spotted by scout Guy Hillion, is one of the highly rated young keepers in the world and Chelsea is hoping he can eventually rival and replace 22-year-old Thibaut Courtois in future.
