Just when it seemed we had seen the last entertainer hop aboard the bandwagon of politics, Nollywood actor, Desmond Elliot, has followed suit.

The actor whose campaign slogan is ‘for that change you desire’, is apparently determined to run for the Lagos state ‘House of Assembly’ at the 2015 elections, under the umbrella of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Elliot’s campaign banner and manifesto have surfaced on the web, and he now joins entertainers like Julius Agwu, Kate Henshaw, Bob Manuel, 9ice, Richard Mofe Damijo, Nkiru Sylvanus, and others, in the political fray.
