The African Country of Rwanda presided upon by Paul Kagame, experienced heavy rains overnight in the capital, Kigali, causing massive destruction on properties and infrastructure.

The number of casualties is not yet known, but it is feared that five people may have died with many others rendered homeless.

Ceoafrica gathered that at least 800 houses including homes, schools, residential areas and roads were affected.
