At the 2015 4Syte MVAs, Yvonne Nelson had a misunderstanding with “The African Dancehall King” Shatta Wale. Reacting to that incident, she said “to my knowledge, I don’t bear any kind of grudge against Shatta Wale”. She continued,”I believe he is a good artiste and I like his music”.

Talking about her favorite track currently,Yvonne didn’t hesitate to choose Adele’s Hello over other songs. She also loves to listen to Sarkodie and Obrafour.
