In a series of messages posted on social networking site Twitter, popular musician 2face Idibia shared his thoughts on governance and the need for Nigerians to rearrange our way of doing things.

“Since 1999 till date, the government of Nigeria, both at the federal level and state level has done nothing worth celebrating considering the amount of money that has been stolen or wasted. Whichever comes first. Sacrifices must be made by all Nigerians especially by those in power so we as a nation can stand tall and proud.

Some people have tried to do good. But, corruption and saboteurs did not let them express their vision. We need to re arrange our way of doing things because right now, we are just penny wise and pound foolish.”
