Contrary to the news making the waves about the crisis brewing at sabo community of Ibadan over the electricity transformer donated recently to the community by the PDP gubernatorial candidate in the just concluded governorship election, Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin that Senator Teslim Folarin had ordered the removal of the transformer after he lost in the just concluded elections.

The Seriki Hausawa of Ibadanland Seriki Muhammed Zungeru while responding to questions from News men said though the transformer has been taken away but the removal was not ordered by Senator Teslim Folarin. According to him, it was one Alhaji Basir Maiborno that initially wanted to carry the transformer but he was later nabbed by the police and claimed that it was not Senator Teslim Folarin that ordered him to remove the transformer. This however necessitated the seriki Hausawa of Ibadanland  Muhammed Zungeru to order the progressive minded youth to relocate the transformer to a safer place. He then assured the general public that the transformer will be installed for the public use as soon as possible.

Seriki Muhammed Zungeru therefore described Senator Teslim Folarin as a God-fearing man and of integrity.

It is worthy of mention to the general public that Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin donated over twenty five electricity transformers across the state in good faith and for the permanent benefit of humanity hence will not support removal of such transformers after elections.   

Meanwhile, the misunderstanding on the safe relocation of the transformer between PDP progressive youth and community leaders has since been resolved amicably
